Upon registering for the Annual Meeting, you will immediately receive Housing Instructions with your registration confirmation.

The SCOA Hotel block is now sold out. Villas remain available. 

Housing Group Rates:
One Bedroom Scenic View Villas: $299 per night.
Two Bedroom Scenic View Villas: $399 per night. 

The Sanctuary will offer our members a 10% discount from “standard” room rates based on availability. ​

Please note: The group block expires July 5, 2023, but we expect the block to sell out well before that deadline. Register today so you can secure housing early.
